Services

SemGuns provides Google Ads management services on a subscription basis. Our services include campaign management, keyword research, ad copy creation, conversion tracking, and performance reporting.

Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly based on a percentage of ad spend. You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time. Pausing retains your account and campaign data. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate business information, maintaining your Google Ads account credentials, and ensuring your products or services comply with Google Ads policies.

Limitation of Liability

SemGuns is not liable for Google Ads platform changes, ad disapprovals by Google, or fluctuations in campaign performance due to market conditions. We provide management services on a best-effort basis.

Intellectual Property

All campaign strategies, ad copy, and deliverables created for your account are owned by you. SemGuns retains the right to use anonymized performance data for internal improvement.
